My name is Matt McLaughlin, a former corporate leader turned “Inner Peace Leadership Coach.”

Back when I was working in the corporate world, I experienced debilitating anxiety and panic attacks when I got promoted to a leadership position. I was utterly overwhelmed.

I had to conquer those obstacles, so I developed strategies to overcome my stress, which led to tremendous positive changes in my personal and professional life.

I’m a “stress and anxiety survivor” who now supports those with similar challenges.
